How long will my order take to process?
Our processing depends on the item that you have ordered. If your item requires a custom cut, or an applied finish such as paint or stain, shipping will be delayed to ensure that the finish has cured to the point that the packaging will not embed into a soft finish. We do not accept rush orders on anything that must cure prior to shipping. Refunds: Unfortunately, due to personalization, we are not able to offer refunds.
Why can’t I select next day delivery?
Custom and personalized items require crafting after your order is received. We will do our utmost to meet rush orders whenever possible.
Can I track my item? 
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email when your package is shipped.
